Positive: It was a great choice. The location was perfect for my needs. The staff is absolutely wonderful.
Negative: The only downside was that we stayed for two nights and expected our towels to be replaced after the first night, but they weren't.

Positive: We had a good experience overall. The concierge, Maria, treated us very well as unfortunately they had very very rude and noisy clients, she moved us to a better room where we could not hear such rude clients. Her responsiveness to the issue has been very much appreciated and made our stay very pleasant. We wouldn't have slept otherwise. The rooms are very clean and spacious. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast as well.

Positive: Everything was simply wonderful! The hotel fully met my expectations: clean, comfortable, and very cozy. I would especially like to highlight the staff — the reception team was always polite, friendly, and ready to help with any request. The check-in process was quick and smooth.

Positive: I was accommodated at the partner hotel, "Steel Tower." This review therefore refers to that hotel: - Spacious room, everything still looked fresh, as the hotel had only been open for a few months. - The mattress was good, and the refrigerator worked well. - Breakfast (unfortunately, like almost everywhere else, only from 9:00 AM) was very varied and the best I had on my entire trip through Georgia. -The internet in the room was also good.
Negative: If you want complete quiet, you should request a room at the back. The rooms at the front face directly onto the main road in Borjomi.
