Positive: The location was excellent. The pathway to the beach was at the end of the road. The hosts provided beach chairs and towels. The yard itself was an oasis, with a hot tub, pool, beautiful seating area in the back and a fire pit in the front. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed when eating in. I picked the place based on the great reviews, and I wasn't disappointed.
Negative: Everything was wonderful, so nothing negative to write about.

Positive: The interior was beautifully decorated and the location was VERY close to the beach! The kitchen was spacious and modern. The owner was very responsive and easy to deal with.
Negative: The exterior was not as nice as the interior. Due to prior hurricanes, there is still some construction and renovation in progress in Fort Myers Beach and it was noisy at times, but it was tolerable.
Summary: Great place, great location and would definitely consider staying here again!

Positive: I am picky as all, and it was almost impossible to find any issues with this place, not that i was even looking. Beautiful property, friendly renters on both sides. clean and quite. Very enjoyable, roomy all and all amazing., and that dark spare room! omg! you can sleep at ANY! time of the day, that room was awesome!
Negative: asides from a new shower curtain, this place was flawless in my opinion!
