Positive: The location is great and all bars and restaurants are within walking distance. the station is close.
Negative: there were a lots of people making noises from the street every evening as there are many bars and restaurants next to the properties it became silent later all bars closed.

Positive: I loved everything! The Host in primis, she is super sweet, speaks english, gave us snacks and waters at arrival! The little house has EVERYTHING you need, no joke. Super organized and clear instructions. Logistically speaking is amazing, you are in a local place so no turist on sight and full of night life!
Summary: Best stay I had on Seoul, will be back here!

Positive: The accommodation is quite large, in a very lively good location (surrounded by Restaurants), and is overall very convenient (dryer, washing machine, wardrobe, etc.) The host is very kind and accommodating. Snacks, ice coffee, and a few drinks were provided :D. The inner architecture is well well designed and emits a comforting atmosphere. I would definitely like to come again if it's free during my next visit!
