Positive: Great little cottage with all needed facilities. Perfect for drives out to other places eg Polperro and Looe very close. Quiet secluded garden for relaxation.
Negative: Walks on coat path are a lot further and harder than advertised - we did the one to Polperro and it was almost 6 miles, not 2.5 and very hilly. No local pub in walking distance.
Summary: We had a great stay and the fabulous weather helped too.

Positive: The location was far from the amenities, also the Car Park was extremely expensive
Negative: As above , parking and location. The bed would have been far better had it been a King Size bed

Positive: Beautifully and glamorously refurbished that suited us and was similar to our home. Good taste. It was very clean and had everything one needs when living in a house. We really loved it and will come back if we take again a holiday in UK. Thank you
Negative: The shower ran out of hot water. We realised later that you can boost it from the boiler. It was enough hot water in most days.
