Positive: Quiet location, quaint old cottage, lots of separate rooms, kitchen bright and airy and comfortable beds albeit the main bed being a double (not king)

Negative: No internet, no washing machine, living room dark but cosy. The main bed was too small for us it being only a double.

Positive: The cottage was lovely with beautiful old features and a lot of character. There was plenty of space in the bedroom for our stuff, the lounge was comfortable and fit the 5 of us well for the evening chats etc. Everything was very clean and tidy. Lots of utensils available in the cupboards for cooking and a good variety of glasses for drinks. The location was perfect, easy access to shops, big cities and lovely villages around the Cotswolds. The landlady, Caroline, was very friendly and helpful, she made us feel welcome. The cottage was well signposted so it was easy to find despite it being fairly hidden.

Negative: We wish they had salt and pepper in the cupboards as we didn’t really want to buy a bunch for when we cooked our dinners - not a massive deal at all just thought it would make life much easier! Same with wifi - although we spent most of the time chatting to each other, after a long day it would have been nice to have access to wifi so we could stream a movie and relax.

Summary: We had a fantastic stay in this quiet, beautiful cottage, would highly recommend.
