The living room has 2x 2-seat sofa's with an LCD TV for relaxing in the evening, but if you're by the beach why not just go & enjoy the sunset.
Bedroom 1 & 2 both have a Queen bed & a Double Bed, & Bedroom three has 2 singles, all rooms have blinds to darken the room so you can sleep in while on holiday!
The property also includes a BBQ so you can enjoy the gorgeous weather outside!
Port Elliot is well known for its Beaches, why not take the opportunity to learn to surf with one of the local surf schools. Just a short drive to the stunning Horseshoe Bay in Port Elliot, with crystal clear waters, a sheltered bay with lawns, playgrounds & sand perfect for the kids.
Victor Harbor is located just a 5 minute drive away; a hot tourist destination. Enjoy the walking trail of Granite Island or climb the Bluff, visit the whale centre, or play mini golf at Dunes mini golf by the horse drawn tram.

Summary: Well laid out cottage with all the comforts of home. A short drive to either the Strand Port Elliot, or back into Victor Harbor, and an easy walk to the beach and bikeway. Awesome rural views from the back deck.

Summary: Excellent proximity to the beach and bikeway, a couple of minutes into The Strand at Port Elliot, or back to Victor Harbor by car. The property is beautifully presented and very comfortable, well laid out open plan living / kitchen with easy access to the back deck. We loved the beautiful rural views from the back deck and the cosy eat in kitchen, and we made use of the BBQ.
