Summary: This condo was very clean and spacious! It was myself, my wife and our teen son and we had plenty of room. The living room furniture was comfortable as well.The kitchen is loaded with EVERYTHING you need and want. From an espresso machine to a waffle maker! Plenty of seasonings, foil, oil and more. All utensils were there from measuring cups to cheese graters as well. One of the best stocked kitchens we have stayed in. The bedrooms featured beds that were very comfortable. They are positioned a little low to the ground (because there are no box springs) so for anyone who struggles to get up from low areas may have some problems but they were very soft and the pillows were comfortable too. The bedroom also has a nice walk in closet. The back yard is small but sufficient and features some outdoor furniture and a grill. We used the small sunroom/den for an office area and the wifi performed fine for video calls and work related items. The bathroom downstairs is a small bathroom that has a toilet and sink and makes it convenient to not have to go upstairs when needed as it sits just off the living room. The host was very accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. The neighborhood is very dog friendly and it is not uncommon to see neighbors walking there dogs. Plenty of space to walk your dog at the end of the road. The unit is about 10 mins to the beach and close to many parks.
