Summary: Geoff was great with communication as soon as we booked online. Stayed for the first Happy Valley Ironman 70.3 event and this property was only 15 minutes from Beaver Stadium and about 25 minutes from Bald Eagle state park. Check in and out was very easy. Had everything two couples needed. Great neighborhood. Simple home for simple people. Thanks Geoff!
