Beautiful home located in the Emerald Waters Village community of Miramar Beach. This gated community is located steps from white sandy beaches with private beach access.
When entering the home on the ground floor you will be drawn to the soaring ceiling in the spacious living room. The living room is joined by the dining room and kitchen, creating a roomy, airy space for relaxing and entertaining.
The dining table comfortably seats ten. The breakfast bar and a nearby bistro table provides additional seating for family and friends!
The spacious kitchen has granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped to satisfy all of your culinary needs.
On this same level you will also find the master bedroom, master bath, guest bedroom, guest bath, bunk room, laundry and access to the over sized two car garage.
Exit through the dining room to enjoy the covered patio, grill area and fully fenced backyard.

Summary: It was a great place for our family to have a wonderful week at the beach. Beach cart was very helpful. Lots of kid sand toys; Beach walk was not bad at all. Bunk room (with curtains) next to garage --door was not as private (daughter/grandson slept there) but made it work. Plenty of room for all 7 adults/1 toddler. Backyard was perfect for our furbaby. Would love to stay there again!! Highly recommend.

Summary: This property was very clean and convenient. Communication was spot on. We did have a little issue with the AC not cooling but the coil may have been frozen. Beds were very comfortable and location was just a short walk to the beach.

Summary: We really enjoyed this beach house. Lots of room and short walk to the beach. The only recommendation I can suggest is a working can opener. Everything else was perfect.

Summary: Our family enjoyed our stay; the house was spacious and clean. We loved the patio and fenced in yard area., and the kitchen was awesome for family cooking and meals. Our only disappointment was that the bunk room was really just an alcove with a curtain—no door. Since there were 4 adult couples and one infant, the lack of privacy in the “bunk room” was inconvenient. Other than that, we loved the accommodations.

Summary: This house is great, beautiful and spacious. Close to the beach and everything basically 🙂. The only issue we had was that the sheets to the pull out bed in the living room weren’t clean but housekeeping was made aware and brought us clean sheets another thing is that we do pay a high cleaning fee you’d expect it to be spotless which it wasn’t but we aren’t clean freaks so it wasn’t a big issue. Communication was good 👍🏼. The pool was great bc there was a day at the end of our trip where we wouldn’t go in the beach because there was jellyfish all over. Keep in mind that you cannot bring your own tent/canopy to the beach. Overall we had a great time 🙂

Summary: We loved this house! It was clean. Not cluttered with a bunch of knickknacks. The kitchen cabinets had space for the items we normally bring but was stocked with everything you would need to prepare your meals and eat. The pantry was empty which is exactly what you want for everything you bring to eat and drink. Trust me we have rented houses where this is not the case! The bedroom upstairs gets warm if you sleep with the door closed, but was cooler when she slept with the door open. They did provide a very nice fan for this room but one of the ladies forgot her fan that she uses as a noise machine and can’t sleep without so it might not even be an issue if the fan was used in there. The bedroom with the bunk beds complained about the full-size mattress being a sleeper sofa mattress. She would have loved to have had an actual mattress as she has some hip and knee issues. Kids probably wouldn’t have noticed. We really enjoyed this house and everything it offered. The beach setup was a treat, having an umbrella and 2 chairs was sweet. Although the crew that does the beach setup could space them out a little more. The owner was very helpful and quick to respond to questions we had before we checked in. We will use this house again if we stay at this beach again. We had a great time here. Thank you Lisa for renting us your house.

Summary: Had a great stay. First time not staying directly on the beach, I had some concerns with distance but the walk to the beach is short and I got there just as fast if not faster than in a condo and didn't have to wait for an elevator!! The house is spacious enough with plenty of sleeping options. Owner was very responsive we had an issue while we were there and it was resolved quickly. Beach service was awesome. Overall a great stay and become the anual spot.

Summary: Even if this property wasn't only a block from the beach, I would have had to give it an excellent rating. The decor is top notch, the comfort of the beds is outstanding and the amount of space is unequaled. If you want to spend a week with extended family but still have your own space, you'll love it. Indoor and out.....perfect!

Summary: This house was just about everything we could have wanted. It is spacious, well appointed, very clean and comfortable. It is a short walk to a very nice, private beach and there is also 2 pools in the gated community. The owner was engaged and very nice.

Summary: Our extended family of 10 stayed at this property, ages ranged from 3 1/2 years to 68 years young! Property as pictured. Beautiful home. Loved the back porch and grill area. Lots of sand toys in garage, but boogie boards had holes in them. We purchased new ones and took them home for next beach vacation. Very close to beach and Alvin's Beach store. Even the 3 1/2 year old walked to and from the beach with no complaints. Really only 5-6 minutes. Would not use a wagon unless you want to carry it down a lot of steps to beach. It was great having the complimentary 2 beach chairs and umbrella. Plenty of kitchen items, blender, utensils, anything one could need to cook anything. Upstairs was warmer than 1st floor, no one had changed furnace filter in quite awhile. Only 1 a/c unit for this large home, but the upstairs cooled nicely after turning the a/c down further. No other problems with anything at the house. Pool was kind of dirty when we arrived, garbage can overflowing. But someone cleaned it all up by the next day. We would return to this home, all in all a fantastic vacation!
