Holiday cottage located, with approx. 400 m on each side, between Blåvand's shops and the famous sandy beach, one of the best and most famous child-friendly beaches in Denmark. The water quality is good and the beach is flat. The house has a swimming pool and is built in quality materials. The house exudes warmth and atmosphere and is located on a beautiful wooded and secluded plot of 1700 m². The light falls into the room from a window section at the roof structure which has 4 skylights. No letting to youth groups. The house is well equipped with quality furniture and there is a strong emphasis on the details of the decor. Besides getting heat from the radiators in the house, you too have the opportunity to get warm in front of the wood-burning stove. The house is furnished with a modern, fully equipped kitchen, video, satellite, TV and a stereo system (even with speakers in the pool area). There are 5 bedrooms, which thus makes the house suitable for 10 people or 2 families. On the sheltered and sunny terrace you can enjoy life to the sound of birdsong. For children there is play equipment in the garden, and they will of course also be able to spend time in the 23 m² large pool. In addition, there is also a sauna and a 5-persons prefilled whirlpool. The house has 2 bathrooms with underfloor heating, one with washing machine and dryer. Denmark's west coast is a paradise for golfers. About 6 km from the house is Blåvandshuk Golf Club - an exciting 18-hole golf course, where you from 9 lanes have views of Ho Bay.
