Positive: The views were good, living area + kitchen was very clean and cozy
Negative: When we arrived we thought we have arrived to the wrong place. The first impression was grim as the moment we entered the stair case, there was smell of urine. We were travelling with a child, and the shower had only cold water, bath had no water pressure. The bushes on the drive way were overgrown and scratching the car. We made a decision to move out a day early as our friends had broken bed and worn out mattress + the water issues. While the living area was quite cozy and all the place was clean, the smoke detectors were removed all over the property, blinds on the balcony are broken (they work but are very flimsy). There is nothing in the yard for kids to do, no swing or sand box.

Positive: Facilities were as described. Liked the large window with the view to the mountains
Negative: When we found the yard we thought we were at the wrong place. It seemed dirty. Plenty of cigarette butts at the table, outside- construction works, the first floor of the house smelled like toilet. The flat was ok, but did not meet expectations. Also it was hard to open window to one of the rooms which was crucial in a hot weather and no other kind of ventilation.

Positive: Everything was nicely equipped, and clean. Beds were comfortable. Lovely view from the balcony.
Negative: It was difficult to find the location to start of, and there were bo toilet roll in the toilet.

Positive: Great location and view on the Giewont. Apartment was clean well prepared and spacious. Our stay was comfortable and we felt very good being there. Host was easily accessible via phone and ready for our remarks and questions.
Negative: Minor bathroom issues that will probably be fixed for next stays. A little bit short supply of toilet paper for a bigger group.
Summary: We are very happy with the apartment and we would definitely recommend it.
