This holiday home (100 m²) was created by renovating an old stone country house. It is spread over 2 floors and offers a covered veranda (14 m²) and a terrace (15 m²). Beautiful hilly position (630 m.a.s.l.), in Versilia, above Camaiore and near the small village of Metato, in an isolated, wooded panoramic area, completely immersed in nature, the nearest inhabited houses are a few hundred metres away. Marvellous view of the sea, Lake Massaciuccoli, woods, hills and valley. Distances: Metato 2 km, Camaiore 7 km, Pietrasanta 15 km, Viareggio 16 km, Lucca 33 km, Pisa 39 km, the Cinque Terre 84 km, Florence 111 km. Services: Shops, supermarkets, restaurants and swimming pools 7 km; riding stable 14 km; tennis court and beaches (free or with bathing establishments) 15 km; golf course 22 km, thermal baths 27 km. From the house and the property you can enjoy a panoramic view of the sea, the lake as well as the valley, forests and hills. The hilly plot is approx. 40,000 m² and wooded; around the house are spacious areas with natural lawn and trees. At the back of the house there is another building of the same owner, closed and partially restored; in front of the house there is a large covered veranda with table and chairs, with sea view, and equipped with oven and stone barbecue; on another side of the house there is a large terrace, also with sea view. Not far from the house, on a meadow in a panoramic position, is a round above-ground pool (diameter 5.4 m, depth 1.2 m), with outdoor shower, deckchairs, sun loungers, chairs and parasols. is accompanied (approx. 2 km away).
