The spacious Villa Emilia is laid out on two levels and divided into 2 vacation apartments. On the ground floor you enter the Mediterranean vacation apartment Villa Emilia Smeraldo with direct access to the garden. On the upper floor, a separate entrance leads to the Acquamarino vacation apartment with a fantastic sea view.
The ground floor apartment Villa Emilia Smeraldo with direct pool and garden access has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. (Bedroom 1 with double bed 160x200, bedroom 2 with double bed 160x200 and bedroom 3 with 2 single beds 90x200) The large, Mediterranean-style living area with integrated kitchen has direct access to an inviting patio with large dining area.Enjoy the wonderful peace and quiet in the shade of the large pine trees and soak up the sun on the well-tended lawn right outside your door.
The sunny garden with the pool area, which is shared by the two apartments, is a paradise. Sit in the garden pavilion by the pool or in the shade of palm and pine trees, sunbathe by the large pool or barbecue on the panoramic terrace with sweeping sea views. From here you can enjoy a unique panoramic view of the sea and land. Everyone will quickly find their personal favorite spot in the spacious garden.
