Within a short five-minute cycle ride you are on the beach, ideal for beach lovers. The bustling centre of Renesse, with its cosy terraces, restaurants and shops, is less than ten minutes away by bike. A supermarket (only open in summer) and nearby campsite offer convenience for daily necessities and fresh bread rolls. For golf lovers, Burg Haamstede is a place to explore. Moreover, a drive of about twenty minutes is enough to experience the historical charm of Zierikzee.
Layout
Enter the hall and reach the cosy living room with sitting area and generous dining area by the wood-burning stove. The modern semi-open kitchen overlooks the back garden and is equipped with two refrigerators, a combination microwave oven and dishwasher. Also on the ground floor is a single bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet. This bedroom is accessible via both the hallway and the kitchen. Next is the scullery with washing machine and dryer. On the first floor are two further bedrooms, one of which has three single beds. The other bedroom has a comfortable double bed. There is also a bathroom on this floor with bath, shower and washbasin. There is also a separate toilet. Through the sliding doors in the living room you can access the terrace. Here you will find a lounge seat and picnic bench. The dune garden offers enough privacy for a lovely, relaxing holiday. There is parking for up to two cars on private property to the left of the house. There is also a small shed for bicycles. To the right of the house is a neighbour's access gate. They have the right of way to drive to their house.
