The contract of lease can be offered in English as well if required.
The is a one-time extra cost of 120 PLN for a lease agreement in double language PL/ENG (optional cost).
The building is historical. The place was renovated in 2020, the historical staircase is brand new.
Zamenhofa street is very close to the famous shopping mall Galeria Krakowska, few minutes walk from the Jewish district and just few seconds walk from the Old Town.

There is a service weekly cleaning available for the tenants. The cost of the service is not included in the price of the monthly rent.
