Supermarket and veg market 5 mins from apartment. It is located 20 mins from Airport by car/taxi. Beautiful mountain views. Private garden with large terraced area, gated entrance. Very safe for children. Large outdoor swimming pool with bar and restaurant and entertainment within walking distance - Lido at a cost.
2 double bedrooms + 1 single with 2 single beds suitable for children. Pull out sofa bed. Flat screen tv, dvd, wash machine, all mod cons. Visit the lovely old town of Tropea, or take a trip to Sicily, and take a cruise to the Aeololian islands, Stromboli, Lipari is well worth a visit. some wonderful little villages to see and ramble around, very laid back and inexpensive. Local Karafe wine 1 litre approx 6 euro, Pizzas - Large - approx 5 Eur. Wonderful weather and views of the sunset. Well worth a visit.

it is so relaxing and laid back, everything on your doorstep, Local markets, fresh fruit and veg, cheap nick nacks, clothes, shoes etc. Also some outlets with brand names. Locals very friendly and helpful. Inexpensive to eat out. Lots of lovely little meandering villages to see - old and quaint and romantic.
Beautiful sun-sets. Sun loungers for rent on beaches and at pool. There are several dive centres in the area. Mari Due Shopping Ctr is close to the airport.
Best to hire a car. Located 4 km from nearest town of Pizzo, 20 mins from Airport. There are taxi services available, bus services also. Can hire bikes locally.
Pizzo is a little piece of the real Italy, not yet touristy, Thank God that's why I love it. Although it gets very busy in July and August, there is lots of festivals going on in the little villages around, very child friendly. Ideal place for families with young children. Garden closed in so also very safe. You have option of several beaches, 1 within walking with a couple of beach bars and restaurants a smaller one just in pizzo old town and of course the option of the pool for swimming and entertainment. A 150 euro deposit is required and will be retained for any damages,
