6 Bedroom House in Mas Ram
The villa is a luxurious and spacious property of 1,000 m² and 2,500 m² of additional garden, surrounded by a natural park for maximum privacy and stunning views, just 15 minutes from the centre of Barcelona and 7 minutes from the beach. Equipped with the latest technology (GIRA), it has a 250 m² master suite, sauna, outdoor jacuzzi, hammam, 130 m² gym, games room, pond, artificial waterfall, garage and electric car charger. An exceptional place for a holiday.
The villa is divided into five floors, all connected by the main lift and a glass and wrought iron staircase.
The main area is on the fifth floor, with a large kitchen separated from the pool by glass walls, a guest toilet and a 250 m² living room with a spectacular dining table for up to 16 people. All this is connected to the pool and the 2500 m² garden with a pond, waterfall, barbecue area, bar and chill-out area with a circular bed and unbeatable views.
On the fourth floor is the magnificent master bedroom with an extra-large king-size bed (3x2 m), Turkish bath with glass partition, large rain shower and massage table. Large glass doors offer panoramic views of the sea, and other windows allow views of the interior of the swimming pool.
On the third floor there is a state-of-the-art gymnasium and an office area with a 5 metre long desk. There are also four guest bedrooms and three bathrooms.
On the first floor there is a separate bedroom with en suite bathroom.
The laundry room is located on the first floor.
The third and fourth floors are equipped with maximum security measures.
On the ground floor, we have a games room with:

The villa is located in a gated community with 24 hour security. However, we recommend locking all windows and doors at night.
The villa is located just 14 km north of the centre of Barcelona, Plaza Catalunya, in the Badalona area.
The last bus stop is 800 m from the house. Remember that we are right next to the mountains, so we have amazing views.
Daily schedule (Monday to Saturday, 6 hours a day)
Please note that the cleaning service only takes care of the cleaning of the house, bedrooms and bathrooms.
This service is provided by the villa.
Guests may request not to have a cleaning service during their stay. This will not affect the price.
To avoid damage, the cleaning service is not allowed to wash or iron guests' clothes, nor to cook for them.
If you would like a private maid, we cannot provide a concierge for any of these services.
The villa has security cameras in the garden connected to the alarm company "Plana Fábrega". There are no cameras inside the house, but there are at the entrance of the villa. The cameras are active 24 hours a day.
Bed linen is changed once a week, on Mondays.
Additional changes have an additional cost.
