Located in the best position in the area, the highly sought after Long Point, this house has everything any family or group could need to have a relaxing and enjoyable stay on the beautiful Sapphire Coast. Modern, spacious, quiet street, views, pool, easy access by foot, bike or car to beaches and amenities. Wifi, Smart Tv/Netflix and a work desk are provided.
There are three beaches within walking distance, being Bar Beach, Short Point or Middle Beach. Just 50 metres away is a viewing point to watch the sunrise, dolphins and whales and to take a lovely 1km bush walk to a look out at Long Point.
You can also walk to the Merimbula Aquarium Restaurant which has amazing high quality food and coffee, or to the more relaxed (but with equally stunning views) bar beach cafe.
With the private landscaped gardens, pool and BBQ area at your fingertips, combined with a great climate, you will have a fantastic time.
The home is double story, 4 bedrooms, sleeps 10 and your booking price includes both the upstairs and downstairs areas. They are attached as one building, but are separately self contained without internal access and have separate front doors. Easy to access both but also convenient if you want the ability to have some separate spaces during your stay.
Upstairs is setup with two queen bedrooms and one room with a single bed and single trundle bed, so sleeps 6 in total. There is a kitchen, lounge, dining and large outdoor front and back decks. There is a beautiful modern bathroom inside as well as a shower and toilet in the garage to clean off after the beach. There is a separate laundry, garage and carport.
Downstairs has a queen bedroom, bathroom with toilet, kitchenette with cooking facilities and fridge and a lounge and eating area. Within the lounge there are two sofa beds which could be used by adults, but are generally best for children in terms of size and comfort. Downstairs sleeps 4. All rooms have large BIR's.
Climate is quite temperate and ocean/cliff top breezes assist. A portable cooler and fans and mains gas heaters and portable heaters are provided.
The decks both front and back and the upstairs bedrooms provide stunning ocean views and the house is surrounded by the landscaped gardens, large pool and BBQ area. It's a beautiful and quiet outlook with lots of birds and trees and you can hear the ocean rolling in at all times day and night.
We pay professional cleaners, pool shop, gardener and linen dry cleaners to ensure you have a well prepared place to stay. All appliances, crockery, furniture are provided at the property. Linen & towels (except beach towels) are provided free of charge for your convenience.
