Positive: The location was amazing. It was just across the street from Forsyth park. We walked over to a restaurant a couple mornings for breakfast. We were able to walk to a lot of the places we wanted to. It was small and cozy. The perfect size for two people.
Negative: There isn’t really anything I didn’t like. It is close to the park so you will hear people early in the morning when they are over there playing games, etc. There wasn’t a bath rug to put in front of the shower which made it slick getting out onto the tile floor. But honestly overall it was a good stay.
Summary: Relaxing and cozy cottage close to Forsyth.

Positive: Loved the location. Step out and Forsyth Park is right in front of you. Walked and ran every day. There is a coffee shop (Sentient bean) that does coffee and breakfast from 7 am onwards less than 100m away towards the park. Kruger, is about 400m walk on the opposite side. Safe and secure neighborhood with runners and walkers around from first light and two SCAD buildings down the road. Free street parking so parking the rental wasn't an issue. Very considerate and responsive hosts. A triple stack of cooking herbs and spices, large fridge and freezer, coffee machine, washer and drier with filters, soap and real shampoo. Automated digital lock. So self check in and checkout. Very clean, peaceful and comfortable. The best part of the property? a) Two skylights that give ample natural light and overhead lighting to work comfortably on the kitchen countertop, day or night. Open layout but with the option to close the door for privacy or quiet time. b) Central location. Walk up and down Bull or Drayton Street for 15 minutes and you will come across range of food options. If you are coming for a SCAD event, walking distance and close to Chatham, Deloitte Foundry, Arnold Hall. c) And yet quiet, serene and peaceful. Got a lot of work done. No issues with sleeping at night or during the day. Great for 2 plus 1. 4 guests may be too much. Will definitely stay again.
Negative: Internet became intermittent in between. But must have been a glitch. Not a real issue or impediment.
Summary: Lovely cozy, central location. Very clean. Recommended. Will stay again.
