This holiday home is suitable for six persons and is fully adapted for the disabled. This versatile park is located at the edge of the Hellendoorn town centre and at the foot of the Salland Ridge. In these beautiful surroundings, you are in the right place for walking and cycling trips. The well-known Pieterpad, with its fantastic stage Holten - Ommen, runs practically alongside the park. The child-friendly park, which borders a beautiful, extensive woodland area, has detached six-person bungalows, which are comfortably furnished. Various facilities are available, making the park suitable for a visit in any season. The small-scale, cosy park is highly recommended for young families and seniors. Layout
The ground floor is wheelchair-friendly. There are no thresholds in the bungalow and the doors and passages are at least 90 cm wide. On the ground floor there is a living room with a sitting and dining area with a television. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, kettle and filter coffee maker, among other things. There is also a bedroom with two high-low beds and a ceiling hoist. This is an x-y system and the hoist is suitable for lifting mats with loops. There is also an adjoining adapted bathroom with underfloor heating. The bathroom has a ceiling hoist, shower stretcher, toilet with supports and a separate shower stool. The washing machine and tumble dryer are located in the hallway.
Upstairs there are two bedrooms with two single beds.
