Positive: Our stay at Alpine 103 was overall very enjoyable - the staff was kind and welcoming, our room was comfy and sparkling clean, the food at the restaurant was tasty. We chose the hotel for its convenient location near the eco trails leading to the Rilska Skakavitsa Waterfall.

Negative: On the downside, there were no massage therapists available during the weekend, and the sauna was out of service during our stay.

Positive: we liked the restaurant and the food. Also, the villa was very nice

Negative: the SPA is very very small and the steam sauna was smelling like mold. Either make a normal spa or no spa at all
