Summary: Staff was friendy and beds were comfortable. Some things dont work great (shower) The room we booked wasnt available and we had to switch to a different one also a key card issues but the manager was awesome and solved all issues fast for us. Would stay again.

Summary: Never saw staff and key was just left in door for me. Room needs updating and carpet was stained but I had pet room so probably why. Tv is too small for room but overall stay was fine.

Summary: Miles from meal options as no open cafe on site. The reception office closes at 5 pm so little help with suggestions for meals etc. Overall the room was clean and fair value.

Summary: The hotel staff are friendly and the view from the balcony is very nice, but the hotel itself is very dated. In general the room was clean but the towels and duvet cover had stains. Despite 'resort' being in the name, you should expect more of a motel experience. This being said, it still seems like one of the best options in the area, and I have heard some of the rooms are being renovated, so perhaps in a few years it will improve. Double check they are charging you the amount shown on your Expedia receipt, at first they tried to charge me a different rate but immediately switched to the Expedia price when I mentioned the discrepancy.

Summary: Unfortunately this was a disappointing stay. Firstly, three of us were put in a room with one king bed. I had booked a room with two double beds, but was told by the front desk that the hotel was full and this was the only available room left. Secondly, when I reported that the toilet was not flushing properly and that it was constantly draining, the front desk informed me that they were aware of this problem but that they couldn’t fix until Monday! They then asked me what I expected them to do since they could not accommodate moving us and they couldn’t fix the toilet. I suggested some sort of compensation would be appropriate and they asked what I felt was appropriate. They finally offered half price for the room which I felt was low considering the room only had one bed and one guest needed to sleep on a small couch. I don’t think Expedia should offer this hotel as the photographs do not match the room, which needed several renovations. To top it off the room was dirty ( stained carpet, broken cupboard doors in the kitchenette, garbage left from previous guests, coffee maker and oven dirty).
