Summary: Got to the property and there was no lock box as instructed. Key was under door mat. House smelled musky, there was an old fridge with broken shelves. Garage does not open, there was no remote for the TV, and the remote for the fan in dining area was broken. Back door does not open properly, big fire safety hazard. Electrical outlets in kitchen did not work near stove, all plates were sticky or dirty. I sweet up lots of dog and cat hair even though property said no pets allowed, there were also two stray dogs that kept coming in the backyard through the broken fence. My husband got bit by some sort of bugs while sleeping, bed was broken, but box spring on the ground and found mice feces. and a roach behind the bed. Was not happy with the experience at all.

Summary: The property was clean and tidy. The neighborhood was lovely and friendly. The internet and cable were both good and easy to access. The pictures accurately portray how sparse it is, though I wish I'd noticed that there were no shades on the lamps. I feel like there's a direct relationship between shadeless lamps and how thin the mattresses were. The mattress also weirdly had a rise in the middle and sloped down on both sides, so until I figured out to sleep in the middle on the hump, I almost rolled out of bed a couple of times. Also, when the instructions for check-in say the key is "in the lock box," what they mean is "under the mat." The good news is the property manager texted me back quickly after I looked around for a lock box for 10 minutes. The toilet paper was like half-ply. I didn't even know it was possible to find tp that thin. I could see the sins of my ancestors through that toilet paper. If you are looking for a clean, safe place to crash and find amenities like hand towels in the bathroom and a light in the refrigerator to be unnecessary amenities, this is the place for you.

Summary: We booked this house because it says access to pool but we were not able to access the pool. The house was not decorated or updated, it had somewhat of a hospital feel. The rooms had little furniture and none of the beds had headboards or matching sheets/bedding. There were linens left in the dryer, mold on the washer and shower curtain. We were told that the owner would refund our second day since we decided to leave early since we could not use the amenities.
