La maison est située à 5mn à pied de la mairie de Sannois et 5mn de toutes commodités et commerces (marché, la poste, boulangeries, monoprix, banques, pharmacies etc...)
Dans la chambre est équipée de commodes, une grande table de travail et une armoire intégrée.
La salle de bain et toilettes, la cuisine équipée et l'espace jardin sont des espaces à partager avec le droit de passage pour le salon.
Le loyer inclus électricité(EDF), eau, gaz, internet. La maison est équipée de la fibre (internet gratuit).
Idéal pour étudiant ou une personne seule, non-fumeur (en tout cas pas dans la maison, vous pouvez fumer dans l'espace jardin).
