2 Bedroom House in Delray Beach

Custom one story home completely gut renovated in 2014 with designer kitchen and bathrooms. Upon entering this very open space you have a large living room with a granite kitchen and all stainless appliances just beyond. A huge counter space with chairs for quick bites and then a formal dining room for more sit down meals.

Down the hallway is the 2nd bathroom featuring a full tub and just beyond a queen bedroom. Going to the left is the master king bedroom with a huge walk-in closet and a master bathroom consisting of a full beautifully decorated shower with heavy glass shower doors.

There is a top of the line washer/dryer and 2 televisions with lots of cable stations both in the living room and master bedroom.

Going out the side door is your private yard with outdoor table and chairs and chaises and a barbecue. Just beyond the back gate is your private entrance to the pool area. The neighborhood is known as Palm Trail and is one of the most desirable because of its tranquil nature and easy access to everything in the downtown. This is your little corner of paradise. You will feel instantly at home from when you pass through the gate walking along the marble pavers surrounded by the green of custom landscaping and see the welcome mat greeting you to your home near the beach. The sense of quiet and privacy truly feels like a vacation in itself even though you are so close to the vibe of downtown Delray. Many guests have commented how much the quiet and comfy mattress contributed to their overall stay.
