Just 200 m from the gîte, and for the more adventurous, try wakeboarding, a water sport combining water skiing, snowboarding and surfing. Also discover the towns of Dinan and the Rance Valley (25km), the Emerald Coast (40km). After returning from a good day of sport or cultural discoveries, relax in the spa, the indoor heated swimming pool or the sauna. Whatever your desires, the Étang du Lou gîte is sure to delight you!
Your vacation rental includes on the ground floor: a living room, an equipped kitchen, a toilet with washbasin, a laundry room, a large bedroom (160x200 bed) with access to its bathroom. Upstairs: two bedrooms (a 160x200 bed and two 90x190 beds), a bathroom, a separate toilet and a large mezzanine for relaxation, games, reading. Private enclosed garden of 1350 m² with paved terrace of 70m² giving access to a private heated covered swimming pool (the swimming pool is accessible from April 1 to September 30, dimensions 3.5 x 8 m. Prof: from 1.20 to 1.40 m .), a spa for 9 people as well as a pool house with sauna. Adult and children's bikes loaned on site. Location provided for parking vehicles in the garden. Gîte adjoining a third party, in the small town of Dolo located 5 minutes from both the RN176 and the RN12.
