This house is situated on the edge of a small hamlet in the municipality of Crevoladossola, it is a detached house and faces full south. This means that you can always enjoy splendid natural light and have an incomparable view of our beautiful Ossola Valley. We can only be reached on foot via a mule track of about 100 metres through the rural hamlet of Pinone.
Alpinone is an old two-storey house and cellar. It is accessed via a double staircase, from the balcony you enter the main room where you will find the kitchen, equipped with oven, Nespresso machine, kettle, plates and pans in quantity, toaster, moka and very high, the dining room is opposite the kitchen here we have a beautiful wooden table to accommodate guests and the living room with sofa, TV and fireplace. There is air conditioning although our ancient stone walls keep a nice temperature inside in summer and in winter you can use not only our fireplace with heating fans but also the electric heating operated by solar panels. Walking through a small corridor to the right we have the bathroom equipped with shower, bidet and WC as well as a washbasin set into the wall with a large mirror. Beyond the bathroom you will find the master bedroom with king-size bed and antiques. Going up the stairs you will reach the attic where we have prepared for you 3 single beds and if necessary also a sofa bed. Here is a children's paradise: they will find box games, building blocks, cars, puzzles and much more.
From the staircase you go down to our flower garden, here there are two stone tables available for your breaks, lunch or dinner, at your disposal the barbecue, a large fountain and the cellar where you can store bottles and food. Here you will also find a washing machine for the exclusive use of guests. Walking through our meadows you will see the orchard and the forest of chestnut and beech trees. The property is not fenced off.
The house is an old rustic house, the balcony is made of wood and on the staircase you will find the handrail for protection.Beware of small children, it is better to accompany them on the stairs.The kitchen is supplied with a gas cylinder, make sure that the master key is locked when you leave the house.In the attic there are two roof windows, always to be closed in case of rain.The fireplace is to be steered make sure you are able to choose the right wood and not let the fire "escape" in the house there are two roof grates to avoid this danger.The house is furnished mostly in wood and on the floor in some spaces you will find carpet, beware of sparks.No smoking.
From here you can go for walks or bike rides, by car you can visit our beautiful valleys with high mountains, alpine pastures and alpine lakes that can be reached by paths of varying difficulty. Domodossola, our main town, is only 5 minutes away by car and we recommend a visit to the historical centre, perhaps on Saturdays when it is animated by the market.
