A post bus stop (with a short direct journey to the ski area) is only a 5-minute walk from the house.

On the ground floor: large living room, large, well-equipped kitchen with dining area, 2 bedrooms with 2 beds 200x90, 1 room with washing machine and tumble dryer, 1 bathroom/shower, 1 separate WC.
A large sun terrace (15 m²) with a direct view of the village of Laax and the Signina mountain range. A garden seating area (20 m²) with outdoor fireplace (south-west side) with a direct view of the Signina mountain range.
On the 1st floor: 1 bedroom with 2 beds 200x90, 1 bed 160x200 and 1 single room with bed 190x90, separate WC and shower.
The stairs to the 1st floor are not suitable for small children and people with walking difficulties.
Cot and high chair are available free of charge.
All rooms are well heated with electric heating.
The kitchen is equipped with an electric hob, extractor fan, oven and dishwasher, and there are also two fridges.
