The villa is located on a vacation park near the cozy fishing village of Colijnsplaat where you will find several restaurants and stores. Every Thursday there is a fish auction of the freshly caught fish in the morning and in the adjacent marina there are various possibilities for the sailors among you.
Colijnsplaat is located on the northern side of North Beveland close to the Zeelandbrug and the Oosterschelde National Park where you can, among other things, take walking or cycling tours through the beautiful landscape or a nature cruise on the water. Furthermore, there are all kinds of water sports facilities such as surfing, sailing, diving and kite surfing, but on the beach you can also fly kites or ride horses and, of course, sunbathe when the weather is nice. Layout
In the spacious and cosy living room, you have a comfortable seating area, a dining area, HD flat-screen TV, Blu-ray, gas fireplace, DVD player, CD player, radio and stereo. The kitchen includes a five-burner cooker, Nespresso machine, microwave, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and kettle. The utility room has a washing machine and tumble dryer.
On the ground floor, you have a master bedroom with two single beds. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, sink and toilet. On the first floor there are two more bedrooms, both of which are equipped with two single beds. The upstairs bathroom has a bathtub/whirlpool, walk-in shower, sink and toilet. There is an HD television in all bedrooms and the beds are made for you on arrival. Furthermore, you have central heating by means of underfloor heating both upstairs and downstairs and free internet.
Outside you have a large garden with an outdoor sauna and hot tub for relaxing. There is also a furnished terrace and a covered veranda with a Green Egg barbecue.
Most houses have a lockable shed for storing your bicycles. The villa has space for two cars' and also has a charging station for E-cars.
