Summary: Second stay great home seems owner sold it no idea if new owners will do VRBO. Nothing bad to say enjoyed our stays especially the pool and outside areas.

Summary: The house is absolutely gorgeous, very spacious, luminous, perfectly clean. The kitchen is well equipped. The pool is beautiful. The neighborhood is very residential,quiet and safe. The communication with Caroline was very reactive. The localisation is perfect to visit Orlando and central Florida.

Summary: Our family had a wonderful time vacationing at this home. Having rented several homes on VRBO, we noted that this home is kept extremely clean and the amenities were perfect for our needs. Evenings on the lanai after a day of swimming, barbecuing dinner on the lanai grill, comfy evenings watching movies inside. Communication with the owner was fantastic and we'd book again without hesitation!

Summary: This house is incredible! It’s open and spacious, the kitchen is huge, the living room is very roomy, the beds are very comfortable and the outdoor space, well, it’s amazing! The Infiniti pool is fabulous, and the hot tub heats up quickly when on. The lanai is huge and offers great covered outdoor space. We loved the outdoor kitchen/BBQ and dining . I spent a fair amount of time in the outdoor living room as well. The large screens have a remote to open and close them which was really nice. Caroline is so responsive too. She was quick to answer any questions and had some great suggestions for restaurants and other fun things to do. She made things very easy for us! The location is fantastic as well-everything you could want is nearby. We also enjoyed hanging out in the pool and watching the water skiers go by. The gym and basketball hoop were a big bonus! We highly recommend this property and Caroline as an owner. This has been the best VRBO experience we’ve had!

Summary: The property is beautiful and is a safe gated community. We were able to visit Mt Dora, St Augustine, take in a show in Orlando, visit the Tampa Riverwalk, see NASA, SeaWorld, and golf at Mission Inn. Caroline has some great recommendations including the Market to table restaurant in winter garden for a memorable evening. Even heated the spa to soak. Thanks Caroline!

Summary: We had such an amazing time at this place! We spent our last week of our Florida vacation here, and wished we had stayed at this property all three weeks of our vacation. The place has absolutely everything you will need, and the pool and jacuzzi was amazing! We really loved the quiet neighborhood, and did not mind driving a bit to get to the more touristy areas in Orlando and Kissimmee. At the end of the day it was amazing to come "home" to "our" house. Clermont also has everything you will need, and it is such a great area to stay. Thank you so much for allowing us into your lovely home- we hope to stay there again in the future!

Summary: My family had an amazing vacation at this rental. It was VERY clean. The pool and lanai are amazing!!!! My 8 and 9 y/o lived in the pool. The owner is very sweet and helpful if you need anything during your stay. I would highly recommend this property.
