Positive: Good location and very clean very happy we could have our pet dog with us for the stay. Very convenient and pleasant atmosphere.

Negative: The digital key didn’t work properly for us. We would prefer a real key for entry.

Positive: Continental breakfast fine. Decor tasteful.

Negative: Air conditioning was cold at night and we required blankets after we had been sleeping. One bed room didn’t have a blanket and one room had five. As it was in the middle of the night we didn’t check with each till morning. Also as the accommodation is listed as a “villa” we were very surprised to have two storeys and very steep steps. Two storey units are generally called townhouses. Two of the three occupants had difficulty using steps.

Summary: It was ok but we were attending a one-day event so not holidaying.

Negative: Both sets of neighbours in the opposite room across the two nights we stayed were incredibly loud and inconsiderate of the shared wall. One watched us through the bathroom window overlooking the carpark as we arrived back one afternoon. It was very unsettling. We had to go to a completely different location to collect and return the key. This was only made known an hour from check in. Not having access to the pool is ridiculous when it’s shown in all the pictures advertising the property.
