You will enter into the family room with ample seating and a large flat screen TV to enjoy family time while watching your favorite movie or sports game.
Right off the family room is the primary bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. This spacious room sleeps two in a King sized bed.
The kitchen is well equipped with all stainless steel appliances and the essentials to make your meals. The dining area offers a beautiful 6 seat dining table and a 2 seat bistro table for your guests to eat together. Challenge another to a game of foosball or a board game of your choice. In the garage is a ping pong table for more added fun.
Right off the dining area beyond the sliding glass doors, you exit to the relaxing patio and pool area. You can enjoy the larger heated pool for an additional fee. The outdoor dining table allows for you to share a meal on a beautiful evening or a snack while swimming. You can cook your meal on the gas grill or lounge on the outdoor sofa as you dive into your favorite book.
Back in the house, the second bedroom sleeps 2 in a Queen sized bed and the third room sleeps 4 with a Full sized bunk bed with twin trundle. On the other side of the hall is a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo.
With such a great house, you might decide to stay right there for your entire vacation! However, when you're ready to explore, you'll find northwest Bradenton and nearby Anna Maria Island to are filled with plenty of fun things to do and see.
For recreation opportunities, you couldn't be in a better spot! This home is perfectly situated for bike rides and walks that take you through quiet residential streets. Want to bring or rent kayaks? You can launch them at the public ramp at the end of 59th Street. A few blocks in the other direction you can discover the GT Bray Recreation Center, which is considered Manatee County's recreational hub. Complete with a dog park, fitness center, outdoor pool, baseball fields, racquetball courts, tennis courts, you name it!

A NOTE ABOUT POOL HEAT: If you book online, your reservation will automatically populate with a pool heat charge for one week. If your reservation is for a longer period, someone on our staff will adjust the pool heat rate to reflect the longer stay. We recommend pool heat at this property, regardless of the time of year, as pools near shady trees stay cooler, even in the summer.
