As soon as you enter, guests are greeted by the spacious, well-equipped kitchen with dining area. The equipment includes a large fridge with separate freezer compartment, Nespresso coffee machine, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher and plenty of storage space. A fondue set, raclette oven and board games provide entertainment. The adjoining living room with a fireplace leads to the spacious terrace, which offers a picturesque view of the mountains, forests and meadows. Garden furniture and a barbecue are available. A washing machine and tumble dryer can be found on the first floor. On the first floor, there is a large bedroom (sleeps 4) with a queen-size bed (180x200) and a pull-out youth bed (90x200). The extended youth bed accommodates 2 children. The bedroom also features a desk and provides access to a private balcony overlooking the Leistchamm. A second bedroom (sleeps 3) with a double bed (160x200) and a youth bed (80x200cm) is located adjacent to a bathroom equipped with a bathtub, separate shower, sink, and toilet. On the attic floor, the third bedroom has two single beds (90x200 cm) and is open to the staircase.
