Summary: We had a wonderful stay at this home. Everything was perfect except a few things.Unfortunately the sewer lines had to be replaced the week of our stay. Really not the fault of the owner. It rained this Derby week - and the piled up dirt turned into quite a mess. Just sort of an is what it is type of situation.Also, it would be nice to have a couple more full bathrooms for the amount of bedrooms. The master tub does include a handheld, but an easy fix would be to turn the master tub into a shower. That would start alleviating some of those concerns.Other than that served our group well.Thank you.

Summary: The host was very kind upon check in and the house was well outfitted and fit the needs of my guests perfectly. The backyard was a good place to hangout and also had space to setup our Blackstone for cooking. The kitchen was well equipped and had our needs covered for cooking, the beds were very comfortable as well, and the basement entertainment area was a hit with my guests. If I end up in the area again I will strongly consider staying at this location again
