The Space:
BEDROOMS
This spacious Red River Gorge cabin rental was built for large groups and families in mind! There are two levels with 4 total bedrooms, 3 of which have private ensuite full bathrooms:
Room 1 (lower level): 2 queen beds with full ensuite bathroom
Room 2 (lower level): 1 queen bed
Room 3: (upper level): 2 queen beds with full ensuite bathroom
Room 4: (upper level): 2 queen beds with full ensuite bathroom
In addition, there is 1 half bathroom located next to the main living area.
Pack n play available at cabin.
GROUP SPACE
With large bright windows towering over the open plan living room and dining area, this is the perfect space for groups to gather after a long day hiking Red River Gorge or to cozy up on a winter cabin getaway.
The living room features seating for the entire group with 2 large comfy leather couches, arm chairs, fireplace, and 55` smart tv.
The dining area can seat up to 14 people comfortably with a dining table for 8 plus 2 smaller eating areas for 6 people.
There`s also a bonus lounge space upstairs where a smaller group can gather, play games, or retreat to read a book in a corner nook.
OUTDOOR AREA
The cabin has ample outdoor space featuring a wrap-around deck with a hot tub on one side, the lake in the front, and access to the outdoor eating area with chairs, tables, fireplace, and BBQ grill.
PARKING
The property has a concrete driveway that can accommodate up to 4 vehicles. 4-Wheel drive not necessary but may be preferred due to the steep driveway.
AMENITIES INCLUDE
- Fresh linens and towels. We also include essential starter packs to make your stay easier! (Starter packs include: 2 rolls of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, shampoo and conditioner, bar soap, 3 laundry pods, 3 trash bags, and 1 sponge.) We recommend purchasing firewood locally to avoid invasive species entering the area.

Rock climbing, horseback riding, kayaking, canoeing, hiking, zip lines, fishing, restaurants, sight-seeing, and much more can be found nearby. Summary: The house is large and in a really pretty location with other homes, but every house is tucked away in the trees so it feels almost secluded.

Summary: Everything was great and as listed. Only trouble was not knowing gate code before arrival, and keypad to gain entry to house was broke. Both problems were solved quickly after calling manager.

Summary: House was very nice. The stove burner didn't work. Bottom of stove not on track. Not enough pots, pans and bowls for a big family. Dryer takes too long to dry clothes. Bathroom tiles are cracked in some of the bathrooms. The couch by the window, doesn't work when you try to recline it. Cushions on the porch on the pond side, needs to be cleaned. Couldn't see the pond from the top of the stairs. I had some people with me that couldn't walk down the steps, they would have loved to see the pond. Weeds near the stairs needs to be trimmed. There was a board missing on the stairs, as you walk down to the dock. Dock should be bigger, so people can sit and fish off of it. As you walk in the front door, look above your head - it looks like it's bubbled, needs repaired. The oars were suppose to be in the closet. But we found them on the porch. We just wanted to let the owner know so that these items can be addressed. Overall, we had a great time just being with our family!!

Summary: We had a group of 9 ladies stay at the cabin. It was beautiful! We had some issues with getting in the house, but property management was very responsive and helped resolve the issue. There weren’t any dish towels for the kitchen and we ended up using a whole roll of paper towels in 2 days. But overall very pleased and would come back!

Summary: Everything was great the property is gorgeous. The one improvement I saw was there isn't enough cookware. The quality of the largest skillet was extremely bad, I would also recommend a crockpot. We left a msg that the upstairs toilet was leaking around the base & water leaked thru the ceiling at the front door. We shut off the valve to keep from having more water damage. Also the other toilet upstairs wouldn't hardly flush.
