The house has a living area of 145 m² spread over two floors. The first floor consists of: A living/dining room with comfortable sofas and a large 8 seater dining table. A rustic design kitchen equipped with all the necessary electrical appliances. One double bedroom (with air conditioning) with ensuite shower room and a bathroom with shower.Double doors lead out to a covered terrace with table and chairs. The ground floor consists of: Bedrooms with twin beds, one with double bed, a single bed for seventh person. A Family bathroom with bath and shower over.
The villa has 4 A/C units ( cold and hot air) in bedrooms and the living/dining room.

The exterior of the house has a terrace where you can enjoy the beautiful views. Here is the inviting pool of 4m x 9m with several loungers around it for sun bathing, or relax in the shade under the pergola. In turn, the garden area includes a table and chairs and a built-in barbecue to enjoy outdoor culinary delights, its 300 m² of lawns, planted areas and fruit trees create a unique and quiet atmosphere. Offroad covered parking is available for 3 cars.
