Situated right at the edge of the Village of Kalkaska, the property backs up to woods on one of the largest lots in the village. From the Equestrian Festival, you will just have a pleasant drive of less than 20 minutes east, away from the congestion and traffic headaches of Traverse City, but still close enough to head into the city for an evening out or a day at the Torch Lake. Kayaks, river tubes, two SUP's are all availabe for your use. There are fresh strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries growing on the property which are free to pick and enjoy!
Home has 3 bedrooms (King bed and two twins) with two full bathrooms and one half bathroom. Full kitchen and dining room with two living rooms, including two queen air mattresses available. Pet friendly with large assortment of board games. Beautiful property with mature trees, a patio set, bonfire pit, hammocks, disc golf, tree swing, trampoline, and grill. There is a 24' wide x 34' deep pole barn with a 12' high door available for your use. The back yard is partially fenced in and backs up to a wooded area. The yard is plenty large enough for a tent or camper as well. 10% Discount offered for weekly rentals and we are happy to add twin beds to the bedrooms or switch them out for queens depending on your needs and sufficient notice.
