You are first seduced by its sandy garden with a beach atmosphere, where you will find an awning and a terrace for outdoor meals around the barbecue, as well as a beautiful 30 m² terrace with its awning, to enjoy the sun or a cool shade.
In the large living area is the kitchen, large and practical with its central island, to prepare good meals for several people.
