High floor duplex (15th/16th floors) with A/C and expansive ocean views on both floors (living room and master bedroom), 4 bedrooms with 4-1/2 bathrooms to accommodate up to 7 guests, with 250 square meters of living space, plus 2 parking spaces. 24/7 secure building with doorman present, high-speed wi-fi internet access throughout entire apartment, with 172 television channels, plus telephone for local calling.
15th floor has large kitchen (coffee maker, toaster, blender, toaster oven, microwave, refrigerator, and new Electrolux stove) with separate breakfast area, living/dining room (with large ocean view patio) with new 65” Samsung Smart television and new electric fireplace, guest bathroom, bar area, large laundry room with 2 washers and 2 dryers (plus iron/ironing board), plus 1 bedroom (with twin bed) with 43” television, private bathroom and closet cabinet.
16th floor has very large master bedroom with king bed (with large ocean view patio) with sitting area with new 75” Samsung Smart television/DVD player and very large private bathroom with shower and jacuzzi tub (including hair dryer, large closet space, plus small safe for valuables), plus 2 guest bedrooms (one with king bed and city view and the other with queen bed and courtyard view) one with 55” television and other with 43” television, private bathroom and closet. Baby crib is also available upon request.

Summary: Incredible place. Why stay at the Marriott down the same street for up to 4x the price, without balcony access, when you can stay here with 4 bedrooms and 4 baths and 2 balcony accesses? Perfect view of parasailing from either balcony as you are literally the same height. Highly recommend. Well worth the cost. Wonderful contact with the property manager.

Summary: This is our second stay (first was in 2019) and it was a great as we remembered. The apartment was clean and everything in good working order. What issue we had with television reception was resolved quickly by the host - who was responsive to our texts and even sent someone over to resolve the issue for us. The location is ideal as we were able to walk to many parks, restaurants and the outdoor mall area as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Summary: This is the second time we chose this property. We could not wait to get there. The area is located near the ocean with breath taking views. Also enjoyed the Hang gliders flying nearby. Next trip I will try those. There are two levels, one for living and one for sleeping. They have added Air conditioning and heating units. We turned them on to see how they worked but didn't need them on this vacation. The security is top notch. The door attendants were professional and really made us feel welcome. I did tip them when we checked out. There were two secured parking spaces with our guest used a couple trips.I was able to reach out to Bill a couple times and he responded quickly. We stayed for 6 days, and our plan was to have breakfast at the house and a nice dinner every night. We went to Wong’s and bought basics and we walked around the area and would pick up fresh breads daily. We did have Chicken delivered from Pardo's one night,The house had two water stations with filtered water. I strongly recommend use it. Water can be dubious in Lima. Finally, the sunsets were amazing.We will go there again to next we go to Lima!

Summary: This property is really amazing. The views were amazing at all hours. The place is also super quiet as it is on the 15th and 16th floors. I have zero complaints. We stayed 38 days, and are returning for another 40 days in a week.

Summary: This property is exactly as advertised. It served us well, and was a lot of space for our group of six. The views from the balconies are great, the living room is spacious, and having a laundry room was a plus! The location is perfect, being right across the street from parks and the Malecon (walking/biking path). Coffee shops and cafes are within easy walking distance. We appreciated the 24/7 presence at the front desk/lobby, but want to note that none of the people staffing it speak any English. That wasn't a problem for us, since two in our family are fluent Spanish speakers. But for other guests from the USA, this may be something to keep in mind. If we travel to Lima again, we will definitely stay at this property again.

Summary: Four adults stayed at this property. This is a very comfortable, beautiful property with ocean view in a prime location. The host was easy to communicate with and very accommodating. Overall, it was a great experience. Highly recommend this property. Also, Uber is very economical and easy to access to get around the city.

Summary: We were very happy with this property, especially it being our first time with VRBO. Communication before and during our stay was quick and attentive. The property was magnificent in an ideal location in Miraflores with walking proximity to many sites. The view of the ocean was spectacular. Each person has privacy. Each room had heat for our winter visit. Laundry was very helpful to do for our family. Bonus was the Señora who cooked for us. Highly recommend and hope to return in future.
