This massive two-story, 12-bedroom,11-bathroom, pool & spa home is located in the ever popular Solterra Resort Community . Only minutes to theme parks but away from the hustle, this home is a perfect getaway for large groups to stay together in one place in comfort. This home is has just completed furnishings in 2019 and these pictures show its beauty.
House details:
 Bedrooms: 8 King Rooms with 6 en-suites, and 4 Twins Room with two full beds in each room, 16 beds in total;
 Bathrooms: 11 Full.
 Living rooms: two areas, first floor: sofa & TV, second floor: game room (Pool/Billiards & soccer table) & TV.
 Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with two refrigerators, and two dishwashers; a large dining table; massive kitchen island and an additional outside dining table at the covered lanai.
 Laundry rooms: each floor has a laundry room with a set of large capacity washer & dryer.
 Screened private swimming pool (heated to 83F’ish) and connected Hottub/Spa (heated to 102F’ish). Pool heating is optional and recommended during winter months & is available for an additional daily fee.
 Things not included are Pool Heat and BBQ gas grill: Pool and spa Heating is $40 per night plus tax (need to be ordered for the entire stay). There is a $45/reservation Leisure Patron Amenity fee charged at the clubhouse starting from Sep 1st, 2023.
Parking rule: Now due to the COVID-19 situation, vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. No street parking. Please refrain from parking on the grass in front of the lawn as it may damage the sprinkler heads, use driveway instead. The resort allows a maximum of 5 cars to enter per each booking, if you have more than 5 cars, please arrange for alternative parking and pickup/drop off.

Summary: We had a great 4 day reunion at the house with 23 adults and 5 children! The house was functional, the kitchen was well outfitted, the 12 bedrooms and almost as many bathrooms worked out well, and the kids loved the pool! We had no issues, but before our visit Tracy, our host, was very responsive answering all of our questions.

Summary: The home was just what we needed for 12 women. Adequate rooms and bathrooms. Two rooms had to share one bath but that was ok for them. The home is in a great resort. That has great amenities. The home is beautiful. However, it could use some TLC. Tracy is the best. Very responsive, polite and helpful! I would stay here again if needed.

Summary: The size of the property is great there are plenty of rooms. I love the Kitchen and Tracy was awesome to work with. The floors could have been mopped before we checked in since it did not seem that they had been. The bathroom in Room 1 was not clean well at all as he toilet brush and bowel was dirty and should be thrown away. The light in the shower has a short and therefore, did not work properly. The entire house needs to be aired out as there was a smell of oldness/closedup when we checked arrived. Overall, the house is nice and everyone enjoyed their stay and Tracy was great.

Summary: Property was clean & comfortable, just as pictures shown. Tracy was quick to respond & even messaged me on our second day to make sure everything was to our satisfaction & if we had any issues. The only recommendation I would have is more towel hooks in the bathrooms. I would definitely stay here again.

Summary: Family liked the togetherness. Children thoroughly enjoyed the game room. Patio and pool were great additions. Utensils were greatly appreciated. Garbage had roaches and some rooms had cobwebs. Some bathtubs were emptying slowly. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Summary: The overall trip was great! Major issue, our 15 passenger van was towed away our first night because we fail to read the policy.(NO VEHICHLES PARKED ON SIDE OF ROAD)They have designated parking spaces for the overflow over 5 vehicles. The time has come now to change out the bed spreads/comforts, completly warned out

Summary: Tracy communicated with me from day one all the way through the process. The house was perfect. I had four coaches and 12 high school softball players down from Illinois playing local teams. We could not have asked for better accommodations. The players were upstairs the coaches were downstairs. And the house was set up to accommodate everybody for a meal together as a team or hang out at the pool.
