Set on two levels and discreetly adjoining the owners' home, it offers peace and privacy with its own entrance.
Each gîte has its own individual key, so you can manage your own activities and schedule with complete peace of mind.
Ground floor:
- A communal billiards room, warm and welcoming: for moments of conviviality and relaxation. Whether you're a gambling enthusiast or just want to have a good time with friends or family, this is the ideal place to enjoy yourself after a day of discovery. You'll also find sofas, armchairs and a sound system. And to make the experience even more enjoyable, you can buy wood on site to build an open fire and enjoy a cosy atmosphere during your games. There's nothing like a crackling fire to add a touch of cosiness and comfort to your stay.
- Flat Tournesol: 40 m², carefully furnished, with 4 rooms for your comfort and space.
- The bedroom, a real cocoon of well-being, is decorated with natural materials to create a cosy, relaxing atmosphere. It has a 140x190 bed, a TV for your moments of relaxation, a blackout blind for peaceful nights, and a radiant panel and fan for optimum comfort. Plus: a dressing alcove and a study area for relaxing and/or working.
- The fully-equipped kitchen turns every meal into an enjoyable experience: crockery, coffee machine, toaster, mini-oven, microwave, fridge, kettle... everything you need to prepare your meals with ease and pleasure.
- The bathroom has a modern shower cubicle, a stylish washbasin, a fan and a heated towel rail for absolute comfort.
- The toilet is separate for optimum functionality.
First floor:
- Pastel room: inspired by the region's "Blue Gold", this room harmonises green and duck blue hues for a regenerating effect. The raw earth wall and hand-crafted mosaic details add a unique touch.
- Cocagne room: warmed by ochre and orange colours, this room evokes a bright and welcoming atmosphere. The raw earth walls and wooden furniture create a warm cocoon.
The rooms are adjoining. Located in what was once the granary, they open onto a large mezzanine with magnificent oak beams, adding to the character and charm of the place.
They have :
- A cosy bed (140x190 cm) for a peaceful night's sleep.
- Functional equipment: flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, storage space, black-out blinds, desk and fan for your comfort.
- A shared bathroom with shower cubicle, toilet, sink and fan heater.
- Dining area shared by the two bedrooms: table, chairs, crockery, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, fridge-freezer, microwave.
- A shared lounge area with sofa, armchairs, library and board games.
These last two areas are huge and impossible to heat in winter. Infra-red heating is available for meal times.
For your convenience, we've added ceramic hobs, a cooker hood and kitchen utensils. It's not a "real" kitchen like the one in the ground-floor flat, but you'll have all you need to prepare simple meals.
All our accommodation includes: bed linen, towels, toiletries, free covered parking, wifi, a food base, tea and coffee to make you feel at home from the moment you arrive.
Outside, a large garden awaits you with a barbecue, sun loungers, picnic tables and a hammock, providing the perfect place to relax and share meals al fresco.
Two bicycles are available free of charge for our guests, provided they are booked in advance when you make your reservation. Perfect for exploring the magnificent landscapes of the Lauragais!
The towns of Nailloux and Villefranche-de-Lauragais, a 10-minute drive away, offer shops, services and access to Toulouse.
Just 15 minutes away, there are two lakes offering a wide range of activities: Lac de la Thésauque with its aquapark, waterjump and mini-golf, and Lac de la Ganguise for water sports.
The sea, with the beaches of Port-Leucate and Port-Barcarès, is an hour and a half away, while Carcassonne and Foix are less than 45 minutes away.
