There are 2 Residential Buildings (country style) within steps of each other on this River Front property. 1st Residences has 6 Bedrooms (5 Queen-bed based, and the 6th is equipped with 1 single and 1 bunker bed with top being single, and bottom being double). This Home hosts 14 guests. The 2nd Residence has 3 bedrooms (1 Queen-bed, 1 Single-bed, 1 Bunker-bed + Single) , sofa bed in living Room, and 2 full Bath (+ 1 additional shower separately). This home hosts 8 guests.
For clients that are under 14 guests, please use the large buiding (key code provided in welcome info). Guest can still gain access to small building with additional $150 cleaning fee. Please let us know in advance.
Over 14, pls use both building. We will provide the code for the smaller building upon arrival.
P.s. Given this is a heavily natured area, please bring bug-spray for extra protection.
Please note, this property is on its own private water front, that has access to fishing and sight-seeing over water. River swimming and boating are at nearby National Park <2 miles away, with all your inflatable kayaks/canoes.
In addition, this property has it own private pool assessible from gated deck. Guests are fully responsibly for the safety of his/her respective parties. Please pay close attention to safety, particularly young children and elderlies.

Please also note, some guests are alergic to pets smell or hair, for which we provide extra clean. Therefore there is a $40/pet/stay charge of cleaning fee.
Please also you pickup and dispose pets dropping so that next guests can enjoy the property.
In addition, while using the large and private swimming pool, pls ensure everyone uses indoor bathroom at the small building to keep pool clean for everyone.

Summary: Some items need updating and//or repairs. WiFi was a help to keep in contact with others. Once on the internet, we were able to use our phones (WIFI calling, WhatsApp, Skype, etc) big help to keep in touch with others. Use of the 2 houses was a necessity since all the games (Pool Table, Ping Pong, Air Hockey, Foosball) were all in one house.

Summary: We had a pleasant family gathering (15 people) here. It's a beautiful spot. We liked the way the property absorbed such a crowd. The variety of places to hang out/chat/read was great. The game room got a lot of use. The pool was clean and refreshing. We played basketball, frisbee and catch. Lots of room to walk and explore. Good hiking and river activities nearby. The kitchen in the larger house had some issues when we arrived -- a broken dishwasher, clogged drain. But the property manager hustled to set things right. We would come back.

Summary: Pictures online not accurate. Second deck overlook had no furniture was dirty. Steam (fast moving river) was across the street and inaccessible . Mouse turds found in oven and seen running through kitchen. There were pest control devices around. Not really a ping pong table and fitness gym more of a storage room ,crowded.

Summary: Me and 16 of my family and very close friends spent 3 nights here after a large group of us graduated. We had a great time and the owners were quick to respond to any questions or concerns. The property was just great. It worked great and fit us very comfortably.

Summary: 18 of us stayed together, it was perfect for us who like to cook our own food and unplug, no cell signal from any towers which is great! WiFi is strong, nothing close by in terms of stores but this is what we were looking for, pool was fun (not deep), hikes, river, bald eagle watching, fire pits - lots of fun. David is very responsive and helpful! Bring bug spray ! Enjoy!

Summary: The pictures don’t do justice. We had 12 adults and 12 children. Plenty to do, but access to river was not easy but doable. We launched our raft and 45 minutes we’re on the Delaware at a public access spot. Big property and pool was nice. All rooms were well air conditioned. Dining room fit all of us. WiFi worked nicely with three of us working on computers. The new owners were nice. Appliances throughout were modern and new. Word to the wise telephone reception around there is bad and we have Verizon. But regarding the two house 5 Stars.

Summary: Great place for a weekend getaway with friends! There was lots of space on the property for everyone to hang out, and you are fairly far away from other houses so no need to worry too much about noise levels. Houses were well stocked with supplies.
