Positive: Location is great, central to everything , to have your car parked right at your door is wonderful ! A very clean, cosy and looked after studio . They provide a quality linen and towels . Easy to check in , we were able to check in by 2 pm which is a bonus . Has a bath and Hot water / pressure is great . Has a dry cabinet for a ski cloths which is functional and drying cloths overnight ! Kitchen is very well equipped , has absolutely everything to cook meals , has a dishwasher. Studio would be comfortable for 2-3 people max .

Negative: No washing machine. I had to go next door hotel Alberg and use their laundry ( 7$ per wash / dry , they take 1$ coin) . Glad they allow guest to use their laundry! Heating system is a nightmare and so difficult to work around . The owner installed a double control temperature sensor and it's locked . The number provided on it to contact a person who set it up - is not connected . So what it does - once the temperature reaches the maximum temperature you set up , it turned off all heaters but it doesn't turn them on back when temperature drops below freezing like 15-17 . You need to do it youself ! That what a problem is . You need physically pushed buttons up for heaters to start working , very inconvenient. So you go to the bed in a comfortable room but you wake up to the freezing house . Same when you go skiing you come back to the cold room. I have never seen anything like this before ( been on the mountain 5 times previously) . They need urgently to remove that system. On our first night one of the heaters broke down in the middle of the night . We slept in a cold room 17 degrees. Hence I got sick . The Hotham accommodation was wonderful to deal with and Their maintenance team is great - Bred got us a new heater promptly that kept as warm for the rest of the stay ! He did ordered a replacement heater so I believe he probably already installed one , hopefully for the next people who will stay there it would be a warmer stay .
