Welcome to one of Hudson's coziest vacation rental. Less than a ten minute walk to Hudson's famous Warren street shops, dining and nightlife. 18 Fairview boasts a beautiful main floor kitchen, dining and living room all trimmed of in a gorgeous natural cherry wood. Follow the wooden stairs to the second floor where you'll find the three bedrooms and main bathroom for your stay; in the third floor loft there is a private sleeping area with a queen size bed.
The space
Guests will have access to the entire kitchen which includes kitchenware, silverware, pots & pans, coffee maker, blender and more. The house has a half bathroom on the main floor, in the loft and a full bath on the second floor with the bedrooms. We do live full time in this half of the building so please be respectful of the minimal things we may have there. We always do our best to put away our personal items in the bedrooms and remove as much personal food, drink and anything from the space.

Summary: The house had plenty of room for everyone to spread out for some alone time with large rooms to gather in. The property was clean and is decorated in a very cool style. We loved the location because it was close to everything. Thanks for a fantastic weekend.

Summary: Austin's home is extremely tidy, cozy, and had great decor! My group consisted of 9 individuals, including myself, and Austin was kind enough to set up the couch in the basement as a pull-out bed to accommodate all of us (beautiful basement by the way)! There was plenty of room for all of us and we felt right at home. There's also 2 parking spots in the backyard and you can park a 3rd car in parallel to the garage. There's a gas station and Stewart's across the street and Shop Rite and Aldi's nearby. The only thing to note about the house is that there is only 1 full bathroom (and 2 half baths), so you may have to wait to shower if you have a big group. Also if you take the room in the attic, you may have to duck because of the roof, but it wasn't a big deal. Overall, I would recommend this house to anyone and would love to come back if given the chance. Austin was extremely responsive and made sure that we were taken care of. Thank you for the hospitality!

Summary: We had a wonderful weekend at Austin's house in Hudson. The house was spotless, and (surprisingly, because this never happens) even nicer than in the photos. There is even a private space and pull-out couch in the basement. Austin responded promptly to all of our questions, and left out some very helpful printouts with recommendations and guidelines for the house. We had a wonderful time, and would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Austin, for a lovely weekend!

Summary: The house was very nice, clean, upgraded and spacious. Perfect for a group of friends. The location was about a 20 minute walk to the main town or a 5 minute drive - very convenient.
