Large detached country house with 9 bedrooms, all with en-suite shower rooms. The master bedroom also boasts a large en-suite with a walk in shower and a separate roll-top bath.
We offer discounts for stays in excess of 2 nights. Please contact me for pricing.
There is a large dining room with wood burning stove and corniced ceiling. Guests can also relax in the large sitting room with wood burning stove and bay window with seating overlooking the garden.
The old stables host a hot tub and sauna, and a separate games room with a pool table, TV and sofa.
The property has a large garden, Celtic cross design, apple orchard and the Lady Burn runs along the boarder of the garden. Enjoy the views from the decking area and take in the sunshine.
There is no light pollution, and the clear night skies are breathtaking.
There is ample parking at the property .

Summary: Rented this property for my husbands surprise 50th Birthday party with some friends and family. The house was stunning and absolutely everything we needed was there. The host was extremely helpful throughout the whole process, answering queries that I had prior to my trip. It was an amazing place to stay and we created so many magical moments at this properly. Would highly recommend. Will definitely we back to visit again.

Summary: What a fantastic place! The house has been renovated to a very high standard and is the perfect place for a large family gathering. Brilliant facilities, loads of space indoor and outdoors. We loved the fact that all the bedrooms were of a very high standard and all were en-suite. I would highly recommend this property without hesitation and will definitely look to book again.

Summary: We could not fault one thing about our weekend stay at Ladyburn other than it was not long enough The house is exquisite, stunning and the gardens were beautiful. The house had everything you need for an amazing holiday. We were celebrating my sister-in-laws 50th and hope to return when the next family celebration occurs.

Summary: Everything about Ladybird was great except the internet and mobile phone access. There was no mobile phone signal inside and the wifi was useless. It was advertised as +25Mb/s both up and down. Instead it was at best 2.5 Mb/s down and 0.5 Mb/s up. For our group this was a disaster. Our grandson was taking two online courses and uploading exams and video confirmation was problematic. After contacting the manager nothing changed. If you need internet access this is not the place to rent. If you don’t need it, this is a great rental. Had we known this in advance we never would have rented.

Summary: Communication with the Property Manager Suzanne was excellent! The only downside was I had a lot of trouble paying for the accommodation and it was really difficult to get through to the help desk. Suzanne was great though and sorted it all out. Stunning property, spacious and so clean and tidy. Would recommend to a group any time. Would also go back to the property.

Summary: We had a lovely stay at Ladyburn House. We found the house easily and it was immaculate and very spacious. We had everything we needed for a large group of 18 ladies and would definately recommend a stay here - everyone was very impressed. The large garden was also a huge bonus!

Summary: We recently stayed at Ladyburn for my sister's hen weekend and had an amazing time. We had been looking for a house with a hot tub that sleeps a large group of people and has spaces for entertaining. Ladyburn was just perfect. The house and grounds are absolutely stunning - even the gorgeous photos don't do it justice. Everything is done to such a high standard and all the rooms are spotless. The ensuite bathrooms are what you would expect to find in a luxury boutique hotel. There are so many great spaces for socialising and relaxing throughout the property - the spa was a particular highlight! Suzanne, the owner, was friendly and helpful throughout the booking process and responded quickly to any queries I had. The contactless check-in was also a breeze and meant we could enter the house as soon as we arrived. I would love to return to Ladyburn again in the future and would highly recommend it.
