Summary: Amazing. It was close to it park which meant transportation, shopping and dining options. The room was spacious and spotless.

Summary: I arrived at 8:30pm, I went to the room and it hadn't been cleaned. The receptionists tried to put me on a standard room even I had paid for a VIP room. 5 min later I was told the VIP room was ready, which was clearly not ok. How come they could clean a room in 5 min.

Summary: The staff was amazing and very helpful and accommodating. Arrived an hour early and checked in immediately. I was only there for 1 day and staff told me to go to Tops in the evening and that was the most beautiful place on top of a mountain overlooking Cebu. If you are ever in Cebu I highly recommend 18 Suites Cebu and visiting Tops. A
