Summary: Continued stay at this location. The condo itself was the same quality-very strong WiFi, free Prime and very responsive and thoughtful host! There is not a laundry in the condo, but there is one on site as well as about a block away. The laundromat on site does not work very well-a lot of the machines are either broken or do not wash/dry thoroughly, but this is not a criticism of the condo itself, just pointing this out for planning purposes. Thank you so much to the host for such a great stay!

Summary: Condo is older and I can hear upstairs neighbors, but is mostly quiet. WiFi is great for WFH job, heat works well, and plenty of fresh towels, dishes, and starter home supplies. Friendly Host is quick to reply and checks in during stay which I appreciated!

Summary: I stayed at Margie and Barb's condo in Chattanooga for 2 months. Visiting friends and going to Tennessee football games. The location was perfect. It was just minutes from Signal MTN where my friends live and very convenient to shopping. The complex had a large well maintained green area and small lake with ducks. It was a perfect place to walk my dog and very well lite at night. Maggie and Barb answered immediately if I had any concerns or problems which were minor. The condo itself was very clean, nicely decorated and quiet. I would recommend this condo to anyone wanting to stay in the Chattanooga are.

Summary: We needed a furnished place to stay during a relocation process. Maggie and Barb’s place was a God send. The ladies were easy to work with and were very gracious when we found a house to purchase and left the condo early. We had pets and the ladies welcomed them with prior appreciation. Great spot near downtown Chattanooga. This location would work well for a pleasure trip or extended business stay. Highly recommended!!
