Casa Azucena is a bright, spacious villa that sleeps up to 6 guests. Situated in the exclusive La Guardia Park area in Javea. Within 5 minutes by car there are a couple of restaurants and a small supermarket, and within a 10 minute drive the Cap de La Nao peninsula and lighthouse, offering stunning views of the rocky headlands and bays. Nearby coves Granadella and La Barraca offer snorkelling, sea bathing and beach bars.
Set over two floors, on the ground floor a large en-suite double bedroom and twin bedroom with separate bathroom are easily accessible from the lounge, kitchen and pool area, making both rooms ideal for guests with mobility issues. The master en-suite bedroom is on the first floor and benefits from a fabulous South facing balcony with views of the pool and gardens.
Outside, Summer living is especially well catered for with the south-facing furnished terraces and large, sunny pool area for sunbathing and relaxation. The walled and gated grounds are part lawn and part gravel, planted with palms, flowering shrubs and small trees.
JH Loves: Casa Azucena is about 7-10 minutes drive from the cafes, bars and restaurants of the Arenal sandy beachfront, and within a 15 minute drive of Javea port and old town. Javea golf course and La Sella's 18-hole championship gold courses are also within a 25 minute drive of the villa, making this the perfect base for all the family.
