Villa Rufeno is a newly built stone villa whose structure reflects the style and characteristics of the ancient Tuscan rural farmhouses. It is nestled in greenery, and its large garden with an olive grove offers absolute privacy to its guests, allowing them to fully enjoy the peace and beauty that the Tuscan countryside provides.
The view from the farmhouse is spectacular, and from the terrace, you can enjoy a beautiful vista of the splendid forests of the Monte Rufeno Nature Reserve and the gentle Tuscan hills, taking you back in time, far from the hustle and bustle of daily life.

On the ground floor there are a living room with fireplace, a very beautiful and large kitchen, bathroom, three double rooms (one with en suite bathroom with shower), a single bedroom, a bathroom with outdoor shower to share. On the first floor, accessible only from the outside, a double room with en suite bathroom with tub and shower.

Swimming pool (9 x 4.50 m) with hot tub, equipped with outdoor shower, a large garden with olive trees and Mediterranean plants, heated jacuzzi (available from March 2019), organic vegetable garden and seasonal fruit for guests, fishing pond (fishing rods are provided by the property), old barn with large table for outdoor dining, large terrace in front of the house, outdoor kitchen with barbecue, wood stove and oven, wine cellar of fine wines and local wines at an extra charge, kitchen with dishwasher, espresso machine and cappuccino maker, kettle, blender, microwave and toaster, Wi-Fi inside and outside, large LED SMART TV in the living room with Internet access, DVD player, MP3, USB port and Dolby surround. Each bedroom is equipped with a digital TV LED. Small laundry area outside equipped with washer / dryer, iron and ironing board. At the request service washing and ironing at an additional cost. There is an antitheft alarm to the outside and the inside of the house with movement sensors . Outdoor parking.
