Positive: the location was perfect. it was spacious and kitchen was well equipped.
Negative: Needed painting and freshening up. Cold house. Pillows is main bedroom old and stained need to be replaced.
Summary: Enjoyed stay and house well equipped but needs upgrading.

Positive: Very nice house with all kitchen facilities you could ask for . Fab two double bed rooms one with en-suite The garden excellent with bbq and table if good weather. Towels bathrooms and linen perfectly clean. Tv and Netflix available if you can get in when not too many people using account. WiFi set up
Negative: Although the settee was relatively comfortable , like many suites the cushions would move when using. When we went to straighten them up the first time we found that underneath each cushion cardboard boxes had been put to support the furniture, this was quite off putting. Also as three people were staying, we chose a house with 3 bedrooms. It was not apparent to us when booking that the third bedroom had children’s bunk beds. The mattress was not suitable for an adult as the springs could be felt when in the bed which made it uncomfortable to sleep . On the first night , In the small room the main ceiling light was not working - things happen but when trying to put the lamp on to get light this also did not work. We needed to try get one from the other bedroom lamps in there but again this did not work and was a struggle to get this out of the socket . Finally used a lamp from the back bedroom which gave some light but still left the room dark and awkward. We contacted the owner to inform him about this and he apologised for the inconvenience . As short, elderly and disabled people, which is not owners concern but just a comment to help in future ,using the plates from a high cupboard was dangerous trying to reach when there low cupboards with nothing in. Also the dining chairs are very heavy and having to remove them from stacked in two on table was not what we would have expected . Some of the chairs are loose and rickety and need attention to avoid anyone falling from them.
